At Uniform Call, every piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability). Delays in reporting may result in the item being ineligible for return or refund.

International & GCC Orders

We do accept returns for international and GCC orders only in the case of damaged items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Orders Within Qatar

Exchanges may be available depending on the item and stock availability. If you’re requesting an exchange, please note the following:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original Uniform Call packaging
• A delivery fee applies, depending on your area
• The item must pass inspection by the Uniform Call team before the exchange is confirmed

Alterations

If you selected the wrong size, we offer alteration services for 4 KWD (Qatar only).
Alterations apply only to small adjustments and do not include full redesigns or structural changes.
Refunds are not available for sizing issues, so please refer to our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

Some items in our collections may include a customization option, such as entering measurements or selecting minor design preferences.
If customization is available, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
These customizations must be subtle and must not alter the core design of the piece.
